Project Management Institute - Great Lakes Chapter Purchase/refund policy: PMI-GLC CANCELLATION POLICY: EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2007, ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE WITH A $5 MINIMUM FEE. Cancellations must be received no later than 5:00pm on the Wednesday prior to the meeting.
PLEASE NOTE: This cancellation/refund policy pertains to all PMI-GLC events unless an event-specific policy is noted otherwise in the Details section listed above. An event-specific cancellation/refund policy overrides the generic cancellation/refund policy.
Refunds are not available after the cancellation date and time; however, attendee substitutions will gladly be accepted.
