ePhilanthropyFoundation Purchase/refund policy: Please email us at elearning@ephilanthropy.org for refund policy. Generally refunds are only issued with 2 weeks notice prior to the program. After 2 weeks and before the program begins, credit toward a future program will be granted. After the Course Begins no refund is allowed.

All complaints are handled by the ePhilanthropy Foundation directly, the referring organization is not be liable in any way for accounts and services established directly by the ePhilanthropy Foundation.
