Will my personal and credit card data be secure? How does Acteva protect my personal information? |
|
Acteva has processed over 1.75 million online transactions, is PCI compliant and adheres to the most stringent guidelines for processing payments online. Acteva's web site is secure on every web page where someone is required to enter their personal information. For example, on the page where the customer enters their name, address, email, etc. and on the page where credit card information is entered, the pages are fully secured using 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
Credit card data is private and protected and all credit card transactions are processed in real-time. Acteva has a strict privacy policy and DOES NOT store credit card numbers.

I can’t attend the event. How do I request a refund? |
|
The email confirmation you received from Acteva contains a specific refund policy created by the event organizer. If, after reviewing the refund policy for the event, you feel that you are entitled to a refund, you may contact the organizer directly with your request.
Acteva cannot process a refund request without permission from the organizer. However, you may choose to email your request to refunds@acteva.com and we’ll forward the request to the organizer on your behalf. |

How can I be sure I am registered for the event? |
|
At the end of your online transaction, you will reach the “Order Confirmation” screen. You will also receive an email confirmation from Acteva confirming your order.

How can I contact the organization sponsoring the event? |

| The contact person for the event can be found on the email confirmation you received after registering. If you no longer have this confirmation or have yet to register, please call Acteva Customer Support at (877) 855-8646 or send an email to support@acteva.com so we can put you in touch with them. |

I don't recognize the charge on my credit card. Can you help? |
|
Acteva is an online event registration and payment processing company and works with all types of event organizers for a wide range of events. Did you recently register for a conference, seminar, membership, group meeting, wine event, concert, etc? If so, Acteva likely processed your online payment.

I’d like to transfer my event registration(s) to another person. Can I do that? |
|
Yes, we can change that for you. Please call Acteva Customer Support at (877) 855-8646 or send an email request to support@acteva.com. You’ll need the following before you contact us:
Transaction Number for the order you would like to update and the Name and Email Address for the new person. We’ll send you a new copy of the confirmation email after the update. |

Will my registration confirmation be mailed to me or do I pick it up at the event? |
|
| Many organizers request that you print out your confirmation information to bring to the event. Please refer to the Reminder section of the email confirmation for this information. If you cannot find it there, you can locate the event contact person directly. |

Who do I call if I need assistance with my order? |

| Acteva provides a variety of pre-designed reports. The report data can be downloaded as either a CSV or Excel file that can be imported into other programs. |
