The Central Texas Area Council of the American Business Women's Association, along with all of its member chapters, are pleased to present a day full of networking and skill building for all Central Texas businesswomen on Saturday, August 29th, 2009. We are seeking vendors who offer products that appeal to women of all ages and all professions. Bring a great attitude and a smile and we look forward to seeing you there!
We expect to see continued growth in attendance for this event. We have moved to a larger facility and we will be able to locate all vendor booths in the main conference room where the welcome, keynote luncheon, and closing session will take place. We feel this prime location drives traffic to your booths and includes you in personal and professional growth opportunities as well. We encourage vendors to offer a door prize and collect business cards for the drawing.
We will only allow one representative from any one company. We may have multiple cosmetics companies represented, but only one vendor from Arbonne, one from Mary Kay, one from Avon, etc. Please contact Robin Wheeler at centexk9academy@yahoo.com BEFORE registering to ensure no one representing your business has already registered. We will try to post an updated list of vendors at the bottom of this posting.
Your booth will include one eight foot table in a 10x10 foot area. You may bring additional display items, as long as you do not impede the traffic flow. Some elcetrical outlets will be available. Please specify if you need access to an outlet. Double sized booths are available for an additional charge. Vendor setup will begin at 7 am the day of the event, and setup needs to be completed by 8:15, when attendees begin to arrive. Booths should be completely removed by 4pm.
