Please join us for a special event at Roots in the newly opened Orchard Garden Hotel, California's first LEED certified green hotel. Chef Russell Rummer will prepare a delicious 3-course contemporary American dinner highlighting the freshest local sustainably grown ingredients (see menu below). During the meal Hallcrest Vineyards, also home of The Organic Wine Works, will pour tastes of their wines chosen specifically to complement each course. There are two seatings to choose from-- 6:30 and 8:00 pm.
While one group dines, the other will have their tongues tickled by a variety of organic California wines. Representatives from Bonterra Vineyards, Fetzer Vineyards, Fitzpatrick Winery & Lodge, Frey Vineyards, and Patianna Organic Vineyards will be on hand to pour wine and answer questions.
