Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime weekend with Dean Fearing, first female Iron Chef Cat Cora, the chefs of The Ritz-Carlton, and Bon Appétit editor-in-chief Barbara Fairchild. These culinary luminaries will share their time, secrets and personal company with a select group of food-lovers during this very special Dallas weekend. Individual tickets are on sale now. Capacity is limited.

Featuring:

Culinary demonstrations and VIP dining experiences at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas and/or Fearing’s at The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas.
Fine wines, spirits and amazing cuisine at Friday evening’s progressive cocktail reception
Saturday breakfast and conversation with Bon Appétit personalities.
A one-time-only backstage tour of Dean Fearing’s kitchen, followed by cooking alongside chefs Dean Fearing and Cat Cora.
Informative and entertaining Saturday classes led by world-renowned chefs.
Saturday evening gala featuring induction of Dean Fearing into the Chefs Council of Chefs for Humanity, to be followed by a not-to-be-missed surprise musical performance.
Lavish Sunday Brunch to cap off a perfect weekend.

Proceeds to benefit Chefs for Humanity, a coalition of celebrity chefs and culinary professionals working to battle hunger, provide community nutritional education and assistance, and supply humanitarian and emergency feeding relief during times of disaster.
