Fast Lane Purchase/refund policy: 1) Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing ten (10) or more days before your scheduled course date and are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. 2) Cancellation/Refund requests submitted in writing ten (10) or more days before your scheduled course date will be refunded less a 15% service charge. 3) There are no refunds or credit given for courses cancelled or rescheduled within ten (10) days of scheduled course or wherein the participant is deemed to be a “NO SHOW”. 4) All courses will be held regardless of weather conditions. In the interest of safety, there may be an exception. If your course is cancelled, you will be notified. 5) All students under the age of 18 must have a signed Minor Release form on file to participate in any drive event. 6) Any damage to the vehicle is the driver’s sole responsibility. 7) Any mechanical failures with a FAST LANE car shall be the responsibility of FAST LANE and we will make every attempt to provide a back-up car. 8) Gift Certificates are valid for one year from date of purchased. Request for refunds must be made in writing prior to expiration and are subject to a 15% service charge.
