John F. Kennedy University Purchase/refund policy: Refund Policy. If participants cancel their registration prior to May 1st, they will receive all their monies minus $30 dollars and their processing fee. If participants cancel between May 1st and prior to July 23rd, students will receive all of their monies minus $60 and the processing fee and professionals will receive all of their monies minus $130 and their processing fee. There will be no refund for persons canceling after on or after July 23rd.
