Last month, we heard from recently-landed executives about how the search for executive positions has changed. This month, we’re polling the recruiters themselves to ask them not only how the search process has changed, but WHY it has changed and what it means for senior executives. Bobbie LaPorte will again moderate our panel, this time representing the recruiter’s perspective:
