Join Bob McClure of McClure’s Pickles as he demonstrates the basics of canning for the home processor, canning safety, and how to preserve this summer’s harvest using a variety of available vegetables and varying vinegars. Joe and Bob McClure have been making pickles based on their great-grandmother’s recipe since they were kids, and formed McClure’s Pickles less than two years ago. Bob believes in producing product of paramount quality and will show you how to do the same.
