School Social Workers Association of Georgia Purchase/refund policy: Refund Policy: Refund requests for conference registration must be submitted by email to the SSWAG Treasurer. Requests made on or prior to October 17, 2009 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee. Requests received between October 18th and 27th will be refunded at 10% of the registration fee. No refund will be given if requests are received after the close of the conference (October 30th).
