Intrigued by the idea of making your own fresh sausage? Join Chef Janet Crandall of The French Culinary Institute for a beginner’s guide to making links at home. She’ll complete the essential steps in creating a basic homemade bratwurst and give you fresh ideas on how to tweak the recipe to create a sausage repertoire. Explore how fun the process can be, and learn crucial tips to getting flavor and texture just right.
