EWI Los Angeles Purchase/refund policy: Cancellation of a reservation must be received by the Sergeant-at-Arms at least 72 hours prior to the event to qualify for a refund for any payment made. The policy is necessary because the chapter must give restaurant/location a firm number of reservations in advance. Once the number is set the chapter is billed for at least that number. If the actual attendance falls below the number committed to by the chapter, the chapter still gets billed. This is lost revenue for the chapter and directly impacts the chapter's ability to meet its program commitments to you and those with whom we do business.
