Our three night/ two day workshop will take place in the cool, cloud forests of the Talamanca Mountain range, with the last night spent in the capital city of San Jose. Here we will spend two crisp mornings photographing one of the most beautiful birds in the world...the Replendant Quetzal. Our afternoons will be spent photographing the dozen or so different species of Hummingbirds that live in this high elevation Biological reserve. Another standout of this trip is the fresh trout. Our family run lodge serves a whole variety of fresh trout dishes that they make from trout raised on the property. Experienced Guide: Professional Photographer Roy Toft (National Geographic, Wildlife Conservation, Audubon, Discover Magazines) provides individualized instruction daily.
