Toft Photo Safaris & Gallery Purchase/refund policy: Payment of deposit by credit card or check must be received at Toft Photo Safaris & Gallery within 1 week of your reservation date in order for us to hold your reservation. Payment in full for Photo Safaris must be recieved within specified days in advance of travel, as noted on www.toftphoto.com. If not specified, then payment must be received within 90 days of travel. Please either pay online or mail payment to: Toft Photo Safaris & Gallery, 16655 Falcon Heights Road, Ramona, CA 92065. Toft Photo Safaris: Notification of cancellation for Toft Photo Safaris, tours & workshops must be received no less than 90 days prior to travel to receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee for each person registered (unless otherwise specified within Tour description on www.toftphoto.com). Cancellations received from 30-90 days prior to travel will warrant a refund of 1/2 the tour or workshop fee (unless otherwise specified within Tour description on www.toftphoto.com). No refunds, transfers or credits will be made on cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of a Tour or Workshop with no exceptions. In the rare event that Toft Photo Safaris & Gallery cancels a Tour or Workshop, we will issue a full refund or credit or reschedule you for the next available Tour or Workshop if requested.
