American Osteopathic College of Occupational and Preventive Medicine Purchase/refund policy: Attendee Registration: Meeting registration cancellation must be made in writing directly to AOCOPM. If received more than 30 days prior to the start of the meeting, AOCOPM will apply a $50 administrative fee and refund the remainder of your registration fee after the meeting. Within 30 days, no refund will be made without board approval. Replacement attendees are welcome.
Exhibitor/Supporter Registration: Meeting registration cancellation must be made in writing directly to AOCOPM. If received more than 18 days prior to the start of the meeting, AOCOPM will apply a $50 administrative fee or actual incurred handling charges (whichever is greater) and refund the remainder of your registration fee after the meeting. Within 18 days, AOCOPM will apply a $75 administrative fee or actual incurred handling charges whichever is greater.
Membership Dues are non-refundable.
