This international conference will bring together human rights researchers and advocates
with software developers and programmers to highlight success stories and spark new 
innovations. Topics will include satellite and GPS technology, forensics, gaming, video 
and animation, Internet security, social networking, and more. The conference will 
include a competition for new ideas using mobile applications for human rights 
investigations and advocacy.
