Hotel Arrangements

Non Student Delegates are responsible for reserving their own hotel rooms. AIPAC has contracted sizeable room blocks at several hotels, all in close proximity to the Washington Convention Center. To make reservations visit www.aipac.org/pchotel or call the Hotel Call Center at 1-866-805-4508. Reservations must be made by February 18, 2010 to get the special AIPAC rate.

Refunds/Cancellations

Policy Conference registration cancellations must be made in writing, addressed to AIPAC National Events or e-mailed to policyconference@aipac.org and received by February 26, 2010, for full refund. Since AIPAC has to guarantee-and therefore pay-for each delegate's participation at that time, cancellations after February 26, 2010, will not be refunded.
