This advanced coffee roasting and blending course is designed for students with coffee roasting experience. The course includes extensive hands on roasting practice using four different roasting stations (San Franciscan, Gothot, Probat and higher end consumer roaster).

Day 3: Putting It All Together: Creating Exemplary Coffee Flavors •Hands on exercise: roasting single origin coffees •Developing great coffee blends •Coffee competition and tasting of the partcipants coffee products and blends
