Paddle to 4th of July fireworks.

We paddle out from South Beach Harbor to the fireworks in Fisherman's Wharf. We will paddle along the San Francisco waterfront and land at Fisherman's Wharf. You have 4 hour break to dine and visit nearby landmarks; Ghirardelli Square, Fort Mason, Hyde Street Pier, etc.

We will be back on kayaks and watch the fireworks display. Return trip begins afterwards along the lights of San Francisco downtown and Bay Bridge.

You will be paddling 1 hour each way. You will be escorted by motorboats and guides.

We provide all the paddling gear and stable double touring kayaks to keep you warm and comfortable. No single kayaks are available for this trip.

Provided gear list: dry jacket, spray skirt, life jacket, paddle, enclosed touring kayak, lights, pogies(paddle mittens).

Bring: change of clothes in case you get wet, shoes, warm hat(like a ski hat).

Also recommended: dressing in layers, contact lens(better than prescription eye glasses), fast drying garment(polypro) rather than cotton material, carbonated water(reduces motion sickness).

You could get motion sickness if you are tired, hungry, hung over, or sensitive to motion sickness. Don't paddle hungry and avoid staying up late the night before. One way to reduce symptoms of motion sickness is to eat ginger (ginger snaps work too) prior to the trip.

City Kayak Purchase/refund policy:
24 HOUR RESERVATION
We may not be notified of your reservation if the event is scheduled within 24 hours. Please call (415)850-9971 to confirm the reservation.

EVENT CANCELLATION/CHANGE
We may move, postpone or cancel an event due to the weather. When an event is cancelled, we refund all costs including Acteva processing fee.
If there is less than 3 participants, we may cancel or substitute a trip with another event. The price difference will be credited back to you.

CUSTOMER CHANGE
Please contact City Kayak by email or by phone. The following fees apply per person; $5 change, $7 cancellation, $15 change or cancellation with meals. There is no refund after the event or trip is finished. 7 day policy applies to group or private trip. The processing fee charged by Acteva is not refundable.

If you need to cancel a trip, let us know which of the following options you prefer;

1. Store Credit
Leave a store credit at City Kayak. Because your payment has been processed already, you will save the transaction fee on your next trip. The credit is good for 3 years. You can email to reservation@citykayak.com or call City Kayak to arrange how you want to use the store credit.

2. Refund
Please call or email reservation@citykayak.com with your reservation confirmation email. There will be a cancellation fee per person.
