A steakhouse meal makes any occasion special. Dating back to 19th century New York restaurants such as Delmonico's and Peter Luger, the steakhouse menu is little changed, and served in every part of the country today. Join culinary instructor Daniel Stone, who will teach you how recreate classic steakhouse dishes that you will be able to easily replicate at home.
On the menu: Oysters Rockefeller, Porterhouse Steak with Maitre d'Hotel Butter, Stuffed Twice-Baked Potatoes, and Caesar Salad.
