After all, Italy is famous for their top-quality ingredients and masterful cooking techniques. The simple yet sophisticated dishes found on local tables represent wonders of tastes and flavors. Tonight students experience a menu full of hearty, earthy dishes perfect for dining by the fire or for any other cozy, warming evening. Regional wine tastings will be served.
Menu: Mushroom Timballo; Bolognese over Fettuccini; Sautéed Swiss Chard with Olive Oil & Garlic; and Braised Pork Chops with Tomatoes & Porcini Mushrooms.
