Learn how to find small business resources using electronic databases and other library resources from a San Jose Library expert. No Fee.

San Jose Entrepreneur Center Purchase/refund policy: The number of attendees at these seminars is deliberately kept low. Therefore we ask that you read and follow these policies so we can honor your refund requests while at the same time keep the seminars from being cancelled.
1) A refund is available if you are not able to attend. Please notify the organization that is conducting the workshop or seminar for details.
2) Alternatively, you can take a future workshop or seminar of equal or lesser value from the same organization.
3) In the case of a class cancellation, your payment will be automatically credited back to your credit card.
