Erie Zoological Society Purchase/refund policy: Please note that there is a $2 fee per participant for each cancellation. You will also pay a $2 fee per particpant if you switch classes due to schedule conflicts, illness, etc. The fee is imposed regardless of the date you may cancel or switch classes. Please call the Erie Zoo at 814-864-4091 to cancel your program. Refunds will take at least 5 business days.
