NCMA North Texas Chapter Purchase/refund policy: Please remember, if you make a reservation for a Chapter Dinner Meeting or Training Seminar and DO NOT cancel by 12 Noon five work days before the dinner meeting or three work days before a training seminar, you will be billed as if you had attended.
The policy is necessary because the chapter must give our meeting facility a firm number of reservations in advance. Once the number is set the chapter is billed for at least that number of meals or training materials. If the actual attendance falls below the number committed to by the chapter, the chapter still gets billed. This is lost revenue for the chapter and directly impacts the chapter's ability to meet its program commitments to you and those with whom we do business.
Acteva's Purchase/refund policy: Refunds and cancellations are provided only at the discretion of the organization hosting or sponsoring this event.
