Nonprofits First Purchase/refund policy: Cancellations and Refund Policy: Events, Workshops, Academies and Seminars •For cancellations received five (5) or more business days prior to an event, workshop, Academy or seminar for which a fee has been paid, a full refund less an administrative processing fee shall be provided to the registrant. •Participants withdrawing five (5) or more business days prior from a workshop for which a fee has been paid may elect to put their payment on hold for six (6) months from the date of cancellation and choose another workshop of equal value. The payment will be credited to the new workshop. If the participant does not register for a new workshop within the six (6) month hold period, no refund will be issued. •If a participant is registered for an entire Academy or training series, a five (5) business day cancellation will be honored and refunded on a prorated basis less an administrative processing fee. •No refunds or credits shall be provided for withdrawals made within five (5) business days of a scheduled event, workshop, Academy or seminar or for no-shows and cancellation notifications received after the event, workshop, Academy or seminar. Substitutions are allowed. If Nonprofits First needs to cancel an event, workshop, Academy or seminar, participants will be notified prior to the day of the scheduled workshop and Nonprofits First will issue refunds to all participants registered for that program within two (2) weeks of the cancellation date. All deposits will be refunded IN FULL if a workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment, instructor scheduling conflicts or causes beyond our control. Nonprofits First reserves the right to cancel events, workshops, academies or seminars that do not meet minimum registration requirements.
