Come celebrate the fifth anniversary of Annapolis Symphony Orchestra’s Music Director José-Luis Novo’s time with the orchestra. This special event will benefit the ASO and all the wonderful musical programs they perform for our local community. We’ll be preparing fine Spanish tapas that will be expertly paired with Spanish wines and entertainment by a trio from the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra painting a musical portrait of Maestro Novo’s native Spain. The sangria will be flowing, tapas will include Paella Fritta, Andalusian Gazpacho, and a trio of Manchego cheese among others, and the music will transport you to sunny Spain with no passport necessary.

Although we make every effort to avoid changes to our class schedule, the Culinary Center reserves the right to cancel any class due to low registration, substitute instructors and alter recipes due to product availability and seasonality.
