1. Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Page size is 8 1/2 X 11 inches, half page is 8 1/2 X 5 1/2 inches.
3. Image size: full page, 7 1/2 X 10 inches; half page: 7 1/2 X 4 1/2 inches.
4. Camera ready copy only.

Inside full page:   $275
