Organizer purchase/refund policy:
Refund/Late Arrival Policy: Our seminars and events fill up quickly and many seminars have been sold out! Pre-registration is strongly encouraged.
Refunds/Class Credits:
-A credit will be issued towards future programs for attendees who cancel at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the seminar. This credit expires after three months if not used. Requests for class credits should be made through Acteva. Please email Refunds@acteva.com
Fees on seminars and workshops are non-refundable unless the seminar is cancelled by the Silicon Valley SBDC. In the case of a class cancellation, your payment will be automatically credited torward your credit card.
Late Arrival Policy:
-Prepaid seating will be held for 15 minutes into the program, after which time your seat may be forfeited. While we do not refund seminar fees, if your seat is forfeited due to late arrival and we can not accommodate you with a seat, we will issue you a credit toward future programs . You have one month from the time of cancellation to request registration for another class. Please email Refunds@acteva.com.
-From time to time you may receive emails from the Silicon Valley SBDC, letting you know about upcoming events or activities in which you might have an interest. If you *do not* wish to receive these emails, please forward or send a message to removeme@acteva.com, to be removed from the list.
Acteva's Purchase/refund policy:
Refunds and cancellations are provided only
at the discretion of the organization hosting or sponsoring this event.
Acteva, Inc. issues credits only when directed to do so by the sponsoring
organization. Contact the sponsoring organization for further details.
