The 2008 California Energy Codes include significant changes from current codes, and take effect on January 1, 2010. Architects, Builders, General Contractors, Home Inspectors, and Construction Consultants need to be aware of these changes and understand the implications and applications. Our speaker, Miles Hancock, is a deputy building official from South San Francisco and teaches classes on California energy codes at the College of San Mateo. He knows the codes inside out, and will have a great deal of useful information to share that is relevant and immediately applicable.
