This is the right gift for that friend or client who thinks of themselves as the Indiana Jones of the culinary world. Four times a year we’ll assemble a big box of eight to ten food surprises. Perhaps they’ll taste a Moroccan artisanal cookie, maybe a chocolate bar from a small island in Equatorial Africa or the latest invention from our bakery. We include a collection of writing on the foods’ history and culture plus recipes for their use. Members will also attend the Culinary Adventures tastings for free (each bi-monthly tasting is $25)!

A full refund will be credited if you cancel 48 hours prior to the start of the class. We require at least 2 days notice of cancellation in order to contact others on the waiting list; otherwise we cannot refund or transfer it to a future class. If a class has insufficient enrollment, it will be cancelled 24 hours in advance. We will contact you by phone and email and issue a full refund for the cancelled class.
