Hotel Arrangements

Delegates are responsible for reserving their own hotel rooms. For hotel reservations, please call The Westin Diplomat directly at 1-888-627-9057 or visit the hotel on-line at www.aipac.org/summithotel. Reservations must be made by October 1, 2010 to get the special AIPAC rate.

Refunds/Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing, addressed to National Events at AIPAC or to summit@aipac.org and received by October 1, 2010, for a full refund, subject to a $5.00 processing fee. Since AIPAC has to guarantee - and therefore pay - for each delegate's participation at that time, cancellations after October 1, 2010, will not be refunded.
