HR Professionals in Transition Workforce Readiness Workshop -

As part of our continued 2009 workforce readiness initiative, we are pleased
to offer this workshop providing our members personal support.
We've all heard about the importance in networking as part of the job
search.  You go to HR meetings, seminars and workshops yet not much seems to
be happening.

In this workshop, we'll be talking specifically about the importance of:

    *  Informational meetings (just meeting w/businesses to ask questions
          and keep name out there)

    *  Joining outside groups (Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis, etc.)

    *  Volunteering

And, of course how to put together a plan to do these things while 'in
transition'

Come to our workshop and update your own skills to get results, effectively
increase your professional recognition and expand your professional network.
