"Risk Identification Using Concept Mapping"
During the planning process, it is beneficial to develop a visual image of potential risks. This can be done rather easily using mind mapping technique. Using this technique, a project team can identify worst-case risk that may be met during the duration of the project as well as the events that may lead to those risks. Because the map is developed by the team, the confidence in the outcomes as well as risk ownership is enhanced. Dr. Poplos will demonstrate how to develop the map with a hands-on exercise involving those attending the dinner.
