Please join us as onsite team members, Todd Joyce and Mark Higgins, lead us through a tour of one of Charlotte’s most exciting projects — The NASCAR Hall of Fame Complex. Currently under construction, this state-of-the-art facility will honor NASCAR icons and create an enduring tribute to the drivers, crew members, team owners and others who have impacted the sport in the past, present and future. The construction project includes: The NASCAR Hall of Fame — a 140,000-square-foot entertainment attraction and Hall of Fame; Convention Center Expansion/New Ballroom — a 102,000-square-foot expansion to the city’s Convention Center including a new 40,000-square-foot ballroom with a seating capacity of more than 5,000; as well as a parking garage for over 1,000 vehicles. The NASCAR Hall of Fame Complex is scheduled to be open May 2010.

Please park in the parking garage under the NASCAR Office Tower — enter from Brevard Street or Caldwell Street. The group will gather outside the Caldwell Street entrance to the parking garage. Please arrive promptly at 3:15pm as the orientation and tour will begin at 3:30pm sharp.
