Around the world, people eat certain foods that are thought to symbolize luck in the New Year. Tonight we’ll explore some of these traditions and end the evening lucky and well fed. Asian Long Noodles, Southern Black Eyed Peas and Collard Greens, Kielbasa
Cabbage Soup and Round Ring Cake with Hidden Surprises are a few of the treats we’ll sample. Chef Joy promises this will be a fun foodie class with good eats and nice wine.
