intelliDENT solutions, inc. Purchase/refund policy: intelliDENT solutions, inc. produces state-of-the-art educational materials and courses at considerable expense. Late cancellations could potentially force cancellation of an entire seminar for ALL participants. Thus, intelliDENT sponsors courses on a limited-cancellation basis. In fairness to all, intelliDENT has established the following cancellation policy: should a registrant NOT be able to attend a course as intended, they will be entitled to a full tuition refund, less a 6% administrative fee, outside of four weeks before the course starts. Inside four weeks, cancellations result in tuitions paid being transferred to a subsequent date, with the registrant receiving priority for any chosen date. Under no circumstances will refunds be available within 4 weeks of a course's start date.
