Going Public in 2010: Is the Window Opening?
2009 was a challenging year for IPOs. As we start 2010, investors, entrepreneurs, investment bankers and other securities professionals are all optimistic that 2010 will be a much better year. Certain online media and networking companies seem to be well positioned to enter the public market including Facebook, Twitter, Skype and Yelp. How receptive will institutional investors be to new market entrants given the market volatility of 2009?
Our distinguished panel will discuss these and other factors that will impact the IPO market in 2010. Join us as they share their perspectives on these issues as well as factors to consider in the IPO preparation process.
