Grab a friend and head on over to the Whole Foods Market cooking classroom for a hands-on
exciting food fiesta! We will be learning all about the history of Mexican cuisine, discussing
techniques and tips for cooking with spicy heat and whipping up a six course feast. Class has
hands on opportunities as desired. Pre-registration is required. On the menu:
• Mango Mocktails
• Homemade Tortilla Chips with Smoky Salsa Verde
• Tacos de Pescado et Carne Asada (Tacos with Fish and Cilantro Marinated Steak)
• Arroz con Frijoles Negro con Mole (Black Beans and Rice with Mole Sauce)
• Tres Leches Cake
