With Chef Ani They might seem innocent and unassuming, but eggs are culinary superheroes capable of making wonderful sweet and savory dishes. Eggs are a welcome foundation for dishes in every course, from appetizer to dessert. You will learn all about eggs, how to select and store them and basic techniques such as poaching, scrambling, pan frying, making an omelet and hard boiling. You will enjoy eggs in six dishes representing appetizer, soup, salad, main dish, bread and dessert courses. Class has vegetarian options, please specify upon registration. Class has hands-on participation as desired. Pre-registration is required.
