This form is to be used for convention registration. The Early Bird registration fee is $225.00 for members of CABL; $275.00 for all others if postmarked on or before April 1, 2012. Any registrants postmarked after April 1, 2012, including onsite registrations, will be assessed an additional $25.00 fee.  Registration includes access to all Receptions, MCLEs, Gala & Luncheon, (Prayer Breakfast is not included).
