If you’re looking to improve your skills and be more comfortable in the kitchen, this is the class for you. The knowledge and skills learned in this class will provide a solid foundation that you will use in the kitchen for the rest of your life.
For a portion of this class we will discuss, demonstrate and preform basic knife skills and cutting techniques, then use these skills in some basic food preparations. Pre-registration is required. Gluten free and vegetarian options available upon request. Unique menu for this skills class includes:
- Salad of baby greens with tomato vinaigrette
- French onion soup with crostini and Swiss cheese
- Chicken fricassee with red potatoes and green olives
- Aromatic rice with black beans
