ACC - D/FW Chapter Purchase/refund policy: Pre-registered individuals unable to attend a specific event may receive a refund if requested through Acteva at least 48 hours prior to the event. Refund amounts will reflect the deduction of Acteva's handling fees during the registration/refund process.
Registrations for CLE events are transferrable to other individuals, provided we received notification prior to the start of the event.
Acteva's Purchase/refund policy: Refunds and cancellations are provided only at the discretion of the organization hosting or sponsoring this event. Acteva issues credits only when directed to do so by the sponsoring organization. Contact refunds@acteva.com or the sponsoring organization for further details.
