Cooking with Whole Foods - A Hands-on Cooking Series Eating nutrient dense food is the best way to optimize your health and nutrition. In this monthly hands-on cooking series Lisa will teach you not only how to make nutrient dense food choices, but also how to prepare them in a simple, delicious way. Come learn some tangible, practical ways to make eating healthy a regular part of lifestyle. By the end of this series, you will feel comfortable preparing a variety of health-supportive recipes with wholesome plant-based ingredients: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds. Each month we will explore the flavors and health benefits of a different food group. Select the classes you wish to attend from the series. *Classes will be held on the second Thursday of the month from May-December and are $25 each. Space is limited so please pre-register.
