The Cooking Studio Purchase/refund policy: You must contact Customer Service at 913.652-9633 to cancel a class registration. If you have to leave a message, please remember to leave your name and phone number so that we can confirm the cancellation. Please note refunds cannot be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a class. Although we make every effort to avoid changed to our class schedule, the Cooking Studio reserves the right to cancel any class due to low registration or substitute instructors in case of emergency. If a class has insufficient enrollment, it will be cancelled 24 hours prior to the start of class and registrants will be notified by phone. A full refund or transfer to another class will be given for classes cancelled by the Cooking Studio.
Acteva's Purchase/refund policy: Refunds and cancellations are provided only at the discretion of the organization hosting or sponsoring this event. Acteva issues credits only when directed to do so by the sponsoring organization. Contact refunds@acteva.com or the sponsoring organization for further details.
