Cooking with Winter Vegetables Saturday, January 12th 9:30am-11am
While it may be too cold to get outside and connect with the pleasures of nature in winter as much as you may like, don’t worry! In this class we help you to continue to enjoy and rediscover earth’s bountiful treasures as we cook with winter root vegetables, such as squash. We’ll make a variety of stuffed baked squash and squash soups, homemade potato fries, winter panzanella, and casseroles.
