Seafood Savvy Cooking Class

Learn to shop and prepare fresh seafood to make delightful dishes with confidence at home. Skills Taught by Chef Liz Include: skinning, filleting, & deboning a fish as well as grilling, baking, poaching, and steaming seafood. Space is limited.
All of our 2nd Saturday and 3rd Thursday classes are designed to build confidence in the kitchen and skills to last a lifetime.
