Take a guided tour throughout the store with Healthy Eating Specialist, Julie Joiner.  She will show you some of the healthiest foods that Whole Foods market has to offer as you sample a variety of great tasting foods that follow the four pillars of healthy eating:  Nutrient Dense, Plant Strong, Whole Foods and Healthy Fats.  Each participant will recieve a free goodie bag.  Preregistration is required.
