Florida Medical Directors Association Purchase/refund policy: 2010 Annual Program: There will be a $50 administration fee for all written cancellations from registrant requests received on or prior to Oct. 15, 2010. There will be no refunds after Oct. 15, 2010. (There is a separate refund policy for exhibitors.) There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.
