Join your Haas classmates for our annual Duckhorn Wine event. This year Dan Duckhorn (MBA '62) will host us at his new winery, Paraduxx.
Please arrive at 11:15. You will be welcomed with a sauvignon blanc tasting and tour of the new facility - tour starts promptly at 11:30. Following the tour we will sit down for lunch and a wine tasting led by Dan. This event always sells out so book early. We only have 41 spots.
Wines: 2005 Duckhorn Vineyards Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc, 2003 Goldeneye Anderson Valley Pinot Noir and 2002 Duckhorn Vineyards Estate Grown Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

Braised Beef Short Ribs with Red Wine and Exotic Mushrooms, Prosciutto Wrapped Salmon Filet with Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Butter, Grilled Asiago Cheese Polenta, Buttermilk Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes, Buttered Blue Lake Beans with Lemon Zest, Salad of Baby Spinach with Sliced Almonds and a White Balsamic Vinegar Dressing
Dessert: Lemon Crème Caramel with Poached Fruits and Crispy Sugar Cookies.
